Begin the day by hiring bikes from the campsite to head off along the Vélodyssée as it wends its way through the luxuriant La Coubre forest. At the end of your route, the Ronce-les-Bains beaches offer the perfect reward. Quieter than those on the Côte Sauvage, they seem to stretch endlessly into the distance, ideal for organising a grand sandcastle competition! On the near horizon, the outline of the Île d’Oléron beckons even greater adventures: the holiday is far from over!
Visit La Tremblade as a couple
After a lazy morning in your cosy mobile home, the day is yours to organise as you will: a trip en tête-à-tête to La Rochelle, a romantic outing to the Île d’Oléron, doing absolutely nothing as you stretch out on the beach at La Tremblade... You’ll be spoilt for choice!
And to enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of the whole Charente-Maritime, head to the famous La Coubre lighthouse on the ocean shore.
