Trying something new on holiday has many advantages. You're more relaxed and the holiday atmosphere seems to make people that little bit less timid. That's particularly true here at the Sequoia Parc riding centre, a very relaxed and friendly place to discover horseriding. Expert help is on hand for all the family to guide you on your first steps.
The horse riding club organises a variety of activities on horse or pony at the campsite. You can take lessons go out riding and it is suitable for beginners as well as advanced riders.
Experienced riders benefit from excellent facilities and can organise outings with the riding centre staff. Perfect for keeping your riding in shape during your holidays.
15 stalls provide shelter for our horses and ponies and open onto a large paddock area used for preparing mounts for the rides. This is a place where your kids will love to come and discover the fascinating
world of horses.
6 horses are available according to your level and physical requirements.
We have 8 particularly 'children-friendly' ponies: Calimero, Flika, Ki Kay, Nesquik, Nutella, Picsou, Quenotte, and Tornade.
A fun way to learn to ride
The menage is an open-air fenced paddock, equipped with a range of jumps, obstacles and other facilities that are both fun and ideal for learning the reins. Kids will gain confidence quickly and experienced riders will be able to work on their craft.
A pony ride through the forest
We have created a path leading through a forested part of the domain…an ideal way for parents to accompany their children on a 15 minute poney-ride. We also organise excursions into the surrounding countryside for experienced riders.
The pony club at Sequoia Parc
The pony club is a great way for your children to experience the fascinating world of horses. Pony games and other events are organised with the childrens clubs.
The equestrian center is reserved exclusively for the guests of the campsite.
