From La Josephtrie estate to the 5-star campsite Sandaya Séquoia Parc...
The original farm
History has not yet uncovered all the secrets of La Josephtrie estate. Originally a farm, the castle was built in 1852 and today its architecture remains intact. The farm 'outbuildings' form a magnificent courtyard dominated by the imposing entrance porch.
The preservation of the buildings and the courtyard gives the estate an uniqueness.
Transformation: from farm to campsite
One day we discovered this magnificent estate and decided to give it a new life. After great efforts and a lot of patience, our dream came true and today Sandaya Séquoia Parc has become a luxury campsite internationally renowned. We put at your disposal luxurious accommodation and camping pitches and many facilities to enjoy your family holiday: aqua park, spa, mini animal farm, free children club, supermarket, entertainments…
The name Sandaya 'Séquoia Parc' comes from the giant sequoia tree which dominated the castle…but which is sadly no longer there. The choice of this name reflects our attachment to history and tradition.
